Baljit S. DailBaljit S. Dail, Chairman of the Board, CEO

Baljit S. Dail is the chairman of the board and CEO of JDA Software, the leading provider of end-to-end, integrated retail, omni-channel and supply chain planning and execution solutions Prior to leading JDA he was an operating partner at New Mountain Capital, a private equity firm based in New York. From 2005 to 2012 Dail served in a number of executive roles at Aon Corporation including CEO of Aon Hewitt and of Aon Consulting, COO of Aon Benfield, and CIO of Aon Corporation. Prior to Aon, he was a principal at McKinsey & Company focused on the high-tech sector. Dail started his career in the technology group at Marks & Spencer, a leading retailer in the United Kingdom, and he has also held leadership positions at JP Morgan, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, and Ford Motor Company. He also serves on the boards of IRI, Midwest ISO (where he also chairs the Information Technology Committee), Alexander Mann Solutions, AmWins, and Western Dental. Dail holds a B.A. in Computer Science from the University of Warwick in England.

 

Brian BoylanBrian Boylan, Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer

As Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, Brian Boylan is responsible for leading JDA’s global human resources organization, supporting teams worldwide with strategies for recruitment, retention, performance management and leadership development. Boylan brought 20 years of leadership experience to JDA in 2005, and served as Senior Vice President until his promotion to Executive Vice President in September 2012. Prior to JDA, Boylan was a principal in Alliance HR Advisors, a human resources consulting firm. He also served as Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs and Human Resources for Asarco Incorporated, where he spent 16 years in various executive and management roles. Prior to his time at Asarco, Boylan served as Assistant General Counsel for the Mayor’s Office of Labor Relations in New York City. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Brooklyn Law School and received a B.B.A. from Pace University in New York.

Martin FelliMartin Felli, Chief Legal Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary

As Chief Legal Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary, Martin Felli is responsible for providing leadership on all legal matters for JDA, including corporate governance, compliance, litigation and risk management, acquisition activity and commercial transactions. 
 
As Chief Compliance Officer, Felli oversees JDA’s Compliance Program, including serving as chair of a Corporate Ethics & Compliance Committee that has responsibility for program standards, training, processes and structures, and reviewing and evaluating compliance issues/concerns within the organization. The position ensures the Board of Directors, management and employees are in compliance with the rules and regulations of regulatory agencies, that company policies and procedures are being followed, and that behavior in the organization meets JDA’s Code of Business Conduct.
 
He joined JDA in October 2013 as General Counsel for Corporate Matters, a position he held for 10 months. Prior to joining JDA, Felli held positions as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of ECOtality, Inc., Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Clear Channel Outdoor, Inc., and Senior Counsel for Home Box Office (HBO).  Felli started his legal career in New York as an associate with the corporate group of the law firm of Latham & Watkins. He holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania where he was a member of the Inns of Court, and a B.A., magna cum laude from Baruch College, New York, New York. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York Bar Association.

Razat GauravRazat Gaurav, Executive Vice President, General Manager & Chief Revenue Officer

As Executive Vice President, General Manager and Chief Revenue Officer, Razat Gaurav leads JDA’s global industry solutions, product management and global sales and alliances teams. In this role, he will focus on establishing product strategy, solution roadmaps, product portfolio investments, go-to-market plans, and sales execution activities that maximize JDA revenue and margins. Gaurav has been with JDA since 1999, most recently as Executive Vice President, Global Industries and Solutions, overseeing JDA’s industry strategy, product management, support and cloud operations teams and managing the company’s software, maintenance and cloud P&L. Prior to that he was Senior Vice President, International and Strategic Initiatives, where he was responsible for driving sales in JDA’s EMEA, APAC and Latin America regions. He also managed the company’s strategic initiatives around Flowcasting and the Global 3PL business unit. Gaurav has held a variety of global leadership positions during his tenure at JDA, i2 Technologies, and Ernst & Young. In that time he gained broad experience across management consulting, product management, product marketing and sales management, all centered around the supply chain and retail domains. He has successfully created and executed on go-to-market strategies, achieved aggressive revenue and margin growth with products and services, and managed global organizations with profit and loss responsibilities. Gaurav holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering and transportation policy from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago.

 

Cindy HowtonCindy Howton, Executive Vice President, Global Consulting Services

Cindy Howton serves as Executive Vice President (EVP), Global Consulting Services at JDA, where she leads and manages a team of expert consultants worldwide who help customers maximize their supply chain investments by successfully designing, launching and implementing JDA software within their organizations.

Most recently, Howton was senior vice president for SAP’s North America Consulting Delivery organization. In this role, she was responsible for a $1.1 billion business, managing the work of 1800 consultants across all industries and the public sector. Prior to joining SAP, Howton was a managing partner with SunGard Consulting Services, where she led the Wealth Management consulting practice. Howton also spent 11 years at KPMG, where she was a managing partner and 12 years with Pennzoil Company, including serving as the chief information officer for the Pennzoil Company’s Exploration and Production Company (now owned by Devon Energy).

Kevin IaquintoKevin Iaquinto, Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer

As Chief Marketing Officer, Kevin Iaquinto is responsible for developing JDA's brand awareness and identity, lead generation programs, product/solutions marketing, marketing communications, public and analyst relations, partner marketing, business development, sales enablement, social media and global events marketing. Kevin has won multiple awards for his work - in 2015 he won the CMO Club Award for Marketing Innovation and in 2013 he was named a winner of SmartCEO Magazine's Executive Management Awards, recognizing the achievements of top C-level officers. In 2013, Iaquinto was named a winner of SmartCEO Magazine's Executive Management Awards, recognizing the achievements of top C-level officers. He has over 15 years of experience in enterprise software, including leading global marketing teams at six publicly-traded technology companies. Prior to JDA, Iaquinto was Chief Marketing Officer of Deltek, where he helped transform the company's identity and revenue growth, while successfully integrating acquired companies. During his tenure at Deltek, company revenues rose by 40 percent thanks in part to his creative demand generation campaigns. Iaquinto gained a keen understanding of supply chain while leading marketing teams at Manugistics, which was acquired by JDA in 2006. In addition to Manugistics, he has led award-winning marketing teams at technology leaders including Software AG, webMethods, Global Crossing and Mercator Software. Iaquinto's early career included leading account teams at consumer marketing agencies and public affairs firms. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from Franklin and Marshall College.

Salil JoshiSalil Joshi, Executive Vice President, Center of Excellence

As Executive Vice President, JDA Center of Excellence, Salil Joshi is responsible for leading operations and overseeing the development of The Global Center of Excellence (CoE), with operations currently in India and Poland. JDA’s integrated global supply chain CoE delivers profitable revenue growth to external and internal customers through unparalleled customer service, world-class talent, continuous innovation and best-in-class quality. Joshi has been with JDA since 1997, with leadership roles including Regional Vice President and Group Vice President, Product Development, where he led the development of JDA’s Replenishment and Transportation solutions. In 2004 he served as Vice President and Managing Director of the India Development Center, which is now part of JDA’s CoE, and was responsible for all aspects of the operations including recruitment, training, delivery and quality of supply chain products. Joshi has a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Maryland and bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Mumbai.

Marc LevineMarc Levine, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Marc Levine is responsible for all the finance, accounting, facility, purchasing and information technology activities for the organization. Prior to joining JDA, Levine spent 25 years in a variety of senior financial leadership positions with Hewlett Packard. In his last role at HP he served as the company’s Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller. Before that Levine served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Operating Officer for HP Enterprise Services. In this role, he drove financial and operational support to the business providing insights into performance, opportunities, and risks. Additionally he led disciplined execution of the daily operations as well as transformational and governance model initiatives. Levine also served as Vice President of Finance for the Enterprise Business where he managed all financial activities for the enterprise storage and servers, software and services businesses. Levine holds a bachelor’s degree from Emory University and a master of business administration degree from the University of Connecticut.

Sergio MassicotteSerge Massicotte, Executive Vice President, Chief Technology Officer

As Chief Technology Officer, Serge Massicotte is responsible for establishing, communicating and delivering JDA's core technology, including product architecture, innovation, analytics, cloud enablement and mobility. Prior to JDA, Massicotte served as the Senior Vice President of Product Engineering at Cloud9, a Silicon Valley startup providing cloud applications for sales forecasting and pipeline management. There he was responsible for developing a best-in-class platform for Cloud9’s SaaS applications. Prior to Cloud9, Massicotte worked for Taleo Corporation for five years as Vice President and General Manager of Enterprise Products and Platform and was responsible for developing the architectural underpinnings of the company’s on-demand talent management software solutions. Prior to Taleo, Massicotte served as Vice President of Product and Operations in charge of GEOCOMtms, a company acquired by RedPrairie in 2007. Massicotte holds a BSc in Mathematics, a BSc and MSc in Computer Science from Université Laval, and a MPhil in Computer Science from the University of York, UK.

Todd JohnsonTodd Johnson, Chief Customer Officer

Todd Johnson serves as Chief Customer Officer (CCO) at JDA, where he is responsible for driving customer focus into all aspects of JDA's business. In this role, Todd leads the company's customer strategy, ensuring that JDA develops programs that deliver profitable results for customers, increase their satisfaction and promote customer loyalty.

As CCO, Todd works cross-functionally to drive customer-focused initiatives that align the company's solutions and engagement models with the strategic needs and values of JDA's customers. This customer-first strategy streamlines and optimizes how customers engage with JDA across all aspects of the customer journey. In tandem, he and his team ensure customers are obtaining the maximum value from their JDA investments, while delivering innovation that drives profitability through a seamless supply chain.

Todd has been with JDA for 20 years, most recently as Global Vice President of the company's 3PL business unit. He has also held leadership positions in product development, product management, customer support, strategic consulting and sales, where he developed strategic relationships and expanded business with customers across the globe. Prior to JDA, Todd held a variety of positons at Office Depot and several other specialty retailers. .
