JDA Platinum is an innovative, multi-tiered program designed to maximize the business value generated from your JDA investment. Developed in response to requests from our customers, the JDA Platinum program provides an array of services specifically selected to increase the value of your JDA partnership.

Customer Relationship Management

All JDA Platinum customers are assigned a customer relationship manager (CRM). The CRM is your advisor, advocate and primary point of contact whose goal is to optimize your JDA partnership, streamline communications and ensure total customer satisfaction. JDA's CRMs are industry experts with significant broad-based experience in all aspects of either retail or manufacturing and are dedicated and passionate about your success.

JDA Platinum Levels

JDA Platinum is a points-based program. A specific number of points are assigned to each level. These points are used over a 12-month period for your selected services. The table below illustrates the points and the additional benefits by level:

The JDA Platinum Program

• A JDA Executive Sponsor. A JDA executive is assigned as a sponsor for each JDA Platinum customer.
• A CRM. Each JDA Platinum customer is assigned a dedicated and highly experienced customer relationship manager.
• Executive Meetings. Strategic planning and relationship meetings are designed to share business objectives, initiatives, plans, industry trends and leading practices culminating in joint plans.
• Preferential Consideration for JDA Programs. Early access to product roadmaps and upgrades and preferential consideration for Business Requirement Groups, Customer Advisory Board and Premium Access.
• Assignment of a Customer Advocate. Pre-planned customer advocate assignments for critical evens such as upgrades and implementations, available on request.
• JDA Support Scorecard. A customized scorecard reviewed quarterly reporting usage, trends, service levels and recommendations.
• Admission to JDA Focus Connect, including JDA Platinum Networking Events. JDA Software's annual EMEA conference featuring networking and events specifically designed for JDA Platinum customers.
• Admission to JDA FOCUS, including JDA Platinum Networking Events. JDA Software's annual global conference featuring networking and events specifically designed for JDA Platinum customers.
• Platinum Survey. An annual survey is conducted to ensure the JDA Platinum program continues meeting your needs and objectives.
